Once on the page, navigate to the highlighted option (Seen Below) and click “Login/Register.”

How Do I Complete the DMCA?
How Do I Complete The DMCA?
Once you register with the US Copyright Office, you can complete the DMCA Paperwork for IDX approval.
You must download the “Blank DMCA” document from your email. You will navigate to Google Docs by clicking here: https://docs.google.com/.
Once there, you will open a new document by clicking the “+” titled “Blank,” as seen below:
Next, you will click “File” and select the option that says “Open” as seen below:
To open the correct file, you will select the option at the top of the pop-up that says, “Upload,” and you can choose the DMCA Document we downloaded earlier.
Once you have uploaded the document, you can edit the necessary information on page 2 like you would with any other word processing program.
The only thing that needs to be done to complete your DMCA is to replace the information on the second page of the DMCA notice with the same information used to register with the US Copyright office. In addition, you will use your brokerage address for the mailing portion of the document.
See the example below for the information that must be replaced on the DMCA Paperwork.
Once you have completed your DMCA, the next step is to send the completed form to [email protected] with the subject line, “Please Attach DMCA Notice.” Please note that you can contact our support team for assistance if you have further questions regarding your DMCA notice. You can also contact your board directly for questions regarding your DMCA outside of the information outlined above.

Why can't Agent Elite register for me?
We can't register on your behalf. Our DMCA protection only covers the IDX content on your site, not anything outside of the IDX tools.
Should I list Agent Elite as my service provider or designated agent when I create an account at copyright.gov?
No. You must list your info or another designated contact who can handle DMCA claims specific to your website. If you list Agent Elite as your service provider or designated agent, you risk getting inquiries, and liability, for any copyright issue on any and all of the thousands of IDX sites we power.
Current MLSs that require a DMCA notice, as of August 2022.
