00:00
Welcome back. This is the third in our video series about the Agent Elite Max platform. Today we're going to dive into the Performance and Activity dashboard. This is where you get a real-time overview of your website's activity, leads, and overall business performance. It's also the first page that you land on when you sign in. So let's jump right in. First up, let's talk about the Lead Activity section.
00:26
This part of the dashboard makes it super easy to keep track of what's happening on your website. You can quickly see who's visited, which properties they were checking out, and any searches or requests that they made. Instead of digging through multiple reports or tabs, everything's right here in one place. It's a huge time saver, giving you a clear picture of your leads at a glance. So you can jump into action without wasting a moment. Now let's move on to the Action Center.
00:54
This is where you'll find insights into your own recent activities. Things like calls you've logged, new subscribers, and updates to your leads over the past week. It even recommends tasks for you like following up with uncontacted leads, reaching out to clients in the nurturing phase, and updating lead status. The Action Center is your personal assistant, helping you stay on top of everything that needs your attention. Next, we have the Task This Week section.
01:24
These are the tasks you've set for yourself. And what's great is that you can easily add them to any file. Even better, you can link them to your favorite digital calendars, whether it's Outlook, Google, or even your iPhone. You'll always have these important reminders wherever you go. In the upcoming dates section, you'll find reminders for client birthdays or transaction anniversaries. And the best part?
01:48
The platform automatically sends these greetings out for you, making it effortless to stay connected with your past clients. It's just another way that Agent Elite helps you keep those relationships going strong, without you even having to think about it. Moving down the page, you'll see a couple of graphs. The first one shows you what percentage of your leads have been active in the past 30 days. The second one shows how many of your leads are currently subscribed.
02:17
to one of your follow-up campaigns. Now these give you a quick, clear view on how engaged your leads are right now. Now let's talk about your pipeline status. This breaks down your leads into stages of the sales process, like uncontacted, attempted contact, nurturing, under contract, or closed year to date. And if you want more details about any of these stages, just click on it, and a list of leads for that stage will open up.
02:46
And it's a great way to stay organized and quickly find where your hottest opportunities are.
02:53
The Lead Sources graph gives you a visual breakdown of where your leads are coming from. Now, whether it's your website, Zillow, or one of the over 30 other sources that we support, you can see exactly what's working and where to focus your marketing efforts. And finally, the Lead Metric Comparisons graph. That lets you track your lead activity over time, things like viewed listings and site searches on a month-to-month basis.
03:22
It's a powerful way to visualize what's happening when people visit your site, so you can adjust your strategy as needed. Well, that wraps up our look at the Performance and Activity dashboard. With this tool, you can easily track what's happening on your website, monitor your lead engagement, and stay on top of your daily tasks, all from one centralized location.
03:45
The Dashboard saves you time by consolidating key data like lead activity, your personal to-do list, and upcoming client milestones. Video Summary
This video is the third in a series about the Agent Elite Max platform, focusing on the Performance and Activity dashboard. As the central hub of the platform, the dashboard offers a real-time overview of key metrics related to website activity, lead engagement, and overall business performance. It's the first screen users see upon logging in, ensuring quick access to crucial data without the need to navigate through multiple reports. The dashboard's design consolidates various aspects of website management and client interactions into one seamless interface, making it easier for users to stay informed and proactive in their day-to-day operations.
One of the most important features discussed is the Lead Activity section, which streamlines the tracking of website visitors and their actions. Instead of digging through various tabs or reports, users can immediately see who has visited their website, which properties were viewed, and what searches or requests were made. This bird's-eye view allows real estate professionals to act quickly, prioritizing the most engaged leads without wasting valuable time. The video also introduces the Action Center, which provides insights into the user’s recent activities, such as logged calls, new subscribers, and updates to lead statuses. Additionally, it offers task recommendations like following up with uncontacted leads and nurturing relationships, functioning as a personalized assistant that ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
The Task This Week section helps users stay on top of their goals by allowing them to create and link tasks to their digital calendars, such as Outlook, Google, or iPhone calendars, ensuring these reminders are always accessible. An added benefit is the Upcoming Dates section, which automatically sends out greetings for client birthdays or transaction anniversaries, helping to maintain relationships with minimal effort. The platform also includes several graphs, such as one that displays the percentage of active leads in the past 30 days, and another showing how many leads are subscribed to follow-up campaigns. These visual aids give a quick snapshot of how engaged leads are, making it easier to adjust strategies as needed.
In addition to these features, the dashboard helps users monitor their sales pipeline by breaking down leads into various stages like uncontacted, nurturing, or closed deals. A Lead Sources graph shows where leads are coming from, whether it’s the user’s website, Zillow, or other supported platforms, allowing for targeted marketing efforts. The Lead Metric Comparisons graph tracks lead activity over time, such as viewed listings and site searches, providing valuable data to refine marketing strategies. Overall, the Performance and Activity dashboard serves as a powerful tool for tracking website performance, managing daily tasks, and optimizing lead engagement, helping real estate professionals save time and grow their business efficiently. For further assistance, users are encouraged to explore the Agent Elite knowledge base or reach out to customer support for personalized coaching and resources.
