What is the Featured Properties Page?
The featured properties page is the page within your website that is designed to feature only your listing and/or your office listing, depending on how you requested this to be set up when the website was created.
*You are able to request that we modify this page to display only your own listing or both your and your office's listing at any time by contacting us.
Why do we link these types of ads back to the featured listing page and not to the actual listing?
Once a listing is updated to Sold in your MLS, the URL to the listing is changed automatically. Therefore breaking the ad if we were to link directly to the listing page. By linking these types of ads back to the featured listing page, we ensure that if the listing sells while the ad is running, the ad won't break and can still remain live. This is done since it will allow the user to browse your other available listings.
