At Agent Elite, we understand that circumstances may change, and we strive to provide a flexible cancellation process.
Upon completing your agreed-upon term length, your account will automatically transition into a month-to-month term. We have a 30-day notice policy during this period if you decide to cancel. This notice allows us to make the necessary adjustments and provide any assistance you may require.

Steps to Cancel Products
If you still wish to cancel a product, follow the steps outlined below. We encourage you to contact one of our Client Success Team members to discuss your account and see what adjustments you can make to achieve better success.
Visit your User Portal, my.agentelite.com, Click on your Name in the upper right-hand corner
On the right-hand side, click on the “Update” link next to the product you wish to cancel.
The Product will expand in the center to show more options. Click the 3 dots to the right of the product (next to subscribed).
Then Click on the Cancel button that appears.
A few prompts will appear, and follow through the steps to complete your cancelation.
Make sure to confirm your cancellation.
Steps to Cancel Account
If you still wish to cancel your account, follow the steps outlined below. We encourage you to contact one of our Client Success Team members to discuss your account and see what adjustments you can make to achieve better success.
Canceling an Account (Temporary Steps)
To cancel an entire account and all products the WEBSITE product (WebsiteIDX or WebMTG) needs to be canceled. Follow the steps above, Steps to Cancel a Product to cancel out the website product, and all products will be canceled.
Grace Period
IMPORTANT! All clients sign up for specific term lengths (4, 6, 12, or 24 months). All cancels while under contract will be completed at the end of the term length. The client is responsible for fulfilling their fiduciary obligations.
If a client wishes to cancel ‘immediately’, and you remain within your signed contract terms, you may still cancel by making a lump sum payment for the remaining term length and balance that you are liable for based on your contract terms
There is a 30-day cancellation policy (this only applies to Clients that are no longer still in contract). You, the client, will be held liable for any charges that were scheduled to be billed to the Company on the exact day your request is processed. For example, If the cancel request is submitted and processed on May 10th and your account’s billing date is the 1st, you will be billed one last time on May 10th (the date of processed cancel request) as payment to cover for next month’s June 1st payment. After the last payment, your subscription will be canceled and will not be billed again. You have access to your services until June 30th.
Confirmation Date of Expired Product
When clicking on the Product “+ View Options” link you will see the date the product is expiring.
