How to Add a Co-Branding Partner

One of the great things about the Design Studio is that it's easy to co-brand your referral partnerships. Start by adding your referral partners into the Design Studio. To do this, click on your name in the upper right hand corner and then in the drop down menu select account. And in the sub menu select partners. Now you'll see that you currently have no partners. So let's go ahead and click add new partners. The procedure for adding a new partner is exactly the same procedure that you followed

in setting up your own account. You're going to make sure that their email, their web address, all of that information is in here. Take a few minutes. Check your spelling. Make sure everything is capitalized properly. This is going to show up on your marketing materials. And we want to do everything possible to make sure that we're putting your best foot forward.

Once you're satisfied that all of their pertinent information is correct, now we can upload their graphics. First things first, let's upload their headshot. Make sure that this is centered correctly and remember it reflects on you. Now their logos.

If you can get a hold of a light logo and a dark logo, you should do that. If not, use what you have. And if they have a personal logo, you should also upload that. In this case, we don't. Once all of that information is in and it looks good to you, at the bottom of the screen, you can click on create partner. Congratulations. You've created your first partner.
Step-By-Step Instruction
Instructions for Co-Branding with Referral Partners in the Agent Elite Design Studio
Step 1: Access Partner Settings and Add a New Partner
- Start by adding your referral partners into the Design Studio:
- Click on your name in the upper right-hand corner.
- In the drop-down menu, select Account.
- From the sub-menu, choose Partners.
- Click Add a New Partner
Step 2: Enter Partner Information
- The procedure for adding a new partner is the same as when you set up your own account:
- Enter the partner's email address, web address, and other relevant details.
- Take a few minutes to double-check spelling and capitalization.
- Ensure everything is accurate, as this information will appear on your marketing materials.
Step 3: Upload Partner Graphics
- Once you're satisfied with the partner's information, it's time to upload their graphics:
- Headshot: Upload the partner's headshot and ensure it is centered correctly.

Logos:
- If possible, upload both a light logo and a dark logo.
- If the partner has a personal logo, upload that as well.
- If you can't obtain multiple logos, use what you have.
Step 4: Create Partner Profile
- Review all the information and graphics to ensure they look good.
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click Create Partner.
Step 5: Congratulations!
- You've successfully created your first partner profile in the Design Studio and are ready for co-branded marketing.
