Welcome back. This is the fifth video in our series about the Agent Elite Max platform. In this episode, we'll discuss one of the key features of our team CRM, lead routing. If you manage a team of agents, this feature is a game changer for automating and organizing your lead distribution. And everything starts right here at the Max dashboard. You can see that all of your agents are listed right here on the dashboard.
00:27
And you'll notice that there's a section that shows who's next in line for the round robin rotation. And each agent has visibility for this on their own page, so everyone knows who's up next. To access the lead routing setup, at the top of the screen, click on the Setup button. From there, on the left-hand column, scroll down to Lead Routing. So this is where Max's powerful lead distribution system kicks in. So let's break this down.
00:56
There's three types of lead routing. The first one is round-robin routing. The round-robin rotation distributes leads among your agents on a scheduled rotation. To set this up, click Add. Now click the dropdown list and select the agents you want to add, and that will place them into the round-robin lineup. You can adjust the order of these agents if you prefer and set up a specific rotation. And if you want certain agents to receive more leads than others,
01:24
you can assign them multiple slots in the rotation. For example, if Gary and John are your top salespeople, maybe you want to channel more leads to them. Second type of lead routing is geographic lead routing. Geographic lead routing allows you to assign specific zip codes to agents. This is ideal if your team covers different geographic areas. For instance, if an agent specializes in a certain region, you can direct leads from that area straight to them.
01:54
And if a graphic distribution isn't necessary for your office, you can simply disable this. The last type of lead distribution is featured listing routing. Max checks to see if the lead coming in is coming from a featured listing. If the lead comes from a featured listing, it's automatically assigned to the listing agent. As the broker or the team leader, you have the option to turn this feature off.

but most teams find it extremely useful to ensure that their agents get their own leads. Once these types are set up, Max takes care of the rest. Your leads are captured on your website automatically, and then they're entered into your CRM automatically, and then they're assigned to the appropriate agent based on the rules that you've set automatically. From there, the instant follow-up feature takes over, sending automated text and emails on behalf of the assigned agent.
02:48
This ensures timely engagement with every prospect. Make sure you activate these features and use them to their fullest potential. These are some of the most efficient tools in the Max platform, and they help you streamline your lead management while delivering a fast professional experience for your clients. Summary
In this video, we review the lead routing feature within the Agent Elite Max platform, which is designed for team CRMs. Lead routing helps managers automate and organize lead distribution across their teams. From the Max dashboard, managers can see all agents and track who is next in line for leads, creating transparency in lead allocation. The lead routing setup can be accessed from the dashboard by clicking the "Setup" button at the top of the page, and then clicking the "Lead Routing" section in the left sidebar.
The video breaks down three types of lead routing: Round-Robin routing, geographic lead routing, and featured listing routing. Round-robin routing distributes leads among agents on a prescribed rotation, allowing managers to customize the rotation or give more leads to top agents. Geographic lead routing assigns leads based on specific zip codes, which is useful when agents target different regions. The final method, Featured Listing routing, automatically assigns leads from featured listings to the listing agent.
Once these routing rules are set up, Max automates the entire process from lead capture and lead distribution to automatic follow up. Leads are pulled directly from the website into the CRM, and the system assigns them to the correct agent according to the configured rules. The platform also sends instant follow-up emails and texts on behalf of the assigned agent, ensuring prompt engagement with leads.
Overall, the lead routing feature is designed to streamline lead management and enhance efficiency, allowing agents to respond quickly and professionally to prospects. Users are encouraged to activate and fully utilize these tools, and additional support is available through the customer support team or the company’s knowledge base.
