REWhat is lead aggregation?
Lead aggregation refers to collecting and organizing leads from multiple sources to consolidate them into a single database or platform, which can then be sold or distributed.
Lead Aggregation Tools.
Various tools are available for lead aggregation, such as Zillow Connect and Zapier.
Lead Aggregation Email:
You must have a lead aggregation email address to use these features.
-
Where to find the lead aggregation email:
- You can find your lead aggregation email address by going to Setup > Account > Integrations > Add New in your Control Panel. Click "Lead Aggregation," and it will be displayed.
Zillow Connect:
Leads from Zillow and Trulia services can automatically import into your AE CRM.
How to use Zillow Connect:

- Open the new Integration that was added

Zapier:
Zapier is a free service that automates tasks by connecting applications. Several integrations (referred to as "Zaps" in Zapier) are already built, which means you can start using them without any coding required.

Zapier FAQs
What is Zapier?
Zapier is a tool that allows you to automate tasks between different applications, including CRMs. By creating a Zap, a workflow connecting two or more apps, you can set up a trigger in one CRM to create a new lead in another.
For example, let's say you have leads in Salesforce that you want to duplicate in HubSpot. You can create a Zap that triggers when a new lead is created in Salesforce and then uses that information to create a new lead in HubSpot. This way, you can keep your leads synchronized between two CRMs without manually entering the information into both systems.
What info can be in a Zapier Zap?
The information included in a Zapier Zap depends on the specific workflow you create. Generally, a Zap consists of a trigger and an action. When the trigger event occurs in one app, Zapier will automatically perform the action in another app.
For example, let's say you create a Zap to automate adding new email subscribers to a Google Sheets spreadsheet. In this case, the trigger would be creating a new subscriber in your email marketing tool, and the action would be adding a new row to the Google Sheets spreadsheet.
The specific information in the Zap will depend on what data is available in the trigger app and what data is required in the action app. In the above example, the Zap might include information such as the subscriber's name, email address, and any additional custom fields you have set up in your email marketing tool. This information would then be used to populate the appropriate columns in the Google Sheets spreadsheet.
Zapier supports various data types, including text, numbers, dates, and more. It also supports many popular apps and services, so you can easily create Zaps between the tools you use every day.
However, Zapier does not support saved searches on real estate websites.
What apps does Zapier support?
Zapier supports over 3,000 apps and services, including popular tools like Salesforce, Slack, Gmail, Trello, and many more. You can browse the full list of Zapier integrations on their website.
Is Zapier secure?
Zapier takes security very seriously and uses industry-standard encryption and security measures to protect user data. They also offer features like two-factor authentication and audit logs to help users maintain the security of their accounts.
Can Zapier be used for custom integrations?
Yes, Zapier offers a Webhooks feature that allows you to create custom integrations with apps that Zapier does not officially support. You can use Webhooks to send data from one app to another in a custom format, using HTTP requests.
What kind of support does Zapier offer?
Zapier offers a range of support options, including a help center with articles and tutorials, a community forum where users can ask and answer questions, and email support for paid plans. They also offer phone support for customers on their Professional and Team plans.
