Unless instructed otherwise, the process is as follows:
- Listing Ads: We select three pictures – the front of the house, the kitchen, and the back of the house.
- Generic Buyers Ads: We use stock imagery. Most of it will be interior shots of homes. On occasion, we will use an exterior image of a home. There are also slides for different geographical areas (see below).
- Seller Listing Ads: We use the photo attached to the listing. Usually, there is only one. In these circumstances, we recommend that you provide us with additional imagery.
- Generic Sellers Ads: We follow the same process as generic buyer ads.

What is a CTA? & Best Practices
What Is It?
CTA stands for Call to Action. This is the primary text located above the ad. This text is used to entice the user to click the “Learn More” button to complete the action.

FB Text Recommendations
- Primary Text (CTA): 125 characters (Including Spaces) - Text over 125 characters is allowed but the user will need to click "Read more"
- Description: 27 characters (Below the images)
- You want to have all your “Key”&“Buzz” words as well as any important information within the first 3 lines of the ad. Everything after that will require the user to click the “Read More” button

This area is called the Description.

Description: 27 characters(Including Spaces) - Text over 27 characters if allowed but will be translucent
What Size Do Images Need To Be?
Images provided by the client can be no smaller than 600x600px
