How Do I iFrame Something To My Site?

From the website dashboard, navigate to the page where you want the iFrame. Most pages on your site are accessible by clicking on Menu in the upper left corner and then selecting Pages from the dropdown menu.
Click on the Page where you want to add the IFrame.
Click on the dropdown arrow to the right of the shortcode icon. Select either IFrame or IFrame (Youtube).
Enter the URL and then click OK.
Click on Update/Publish to save.
