What is Review Monitoring?
Review Monitoring refers to pulling your reviews from multiple sites like Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Zillow into one central platform to analyze and respond.
Why is Review Monitoring Important?
Everyone knows that reviews are essential. Consumers have grown to trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations.
Why? Because reviews tell the story of how your business is performing, as seen through the eyes of your customers. Discovering trends in what your reviewers say is critical to making informed, data-driven business decisions.
Regularly checking your reviews across multiple platforms like Google, Facebook, Yelp, and Zillow is laborious and time-consuming.
Save time by analyzing all your reviews in one central location, enabling you to see patterns and trends in your reviewer’s responses that you might have missed. By analyzing your reviews in one central location, you’ll gain valuable insights into what your consumers want and how you can best deliver it.
