What is a Review Response?
Reputation Management’s Review Response helps you to engage with your consumers more efficiently by allowing you to respond to reviews from across various platforms in one central location.
Why is Review Response Important?
Studies show that businesses that respond to at least 75% of their reviews have, on average, a 1/2 star higher rating than those who don’t.
Your customers expect their reviews to be seen and acknowledged, especially if the review was negative.
Review Response gives you one platform from which you can respond to consumer reviews from multiple sites like Google and Facebook.
Review Response helps you generate an intelligent response to your reviewers by providing customizable templates based on the review’s content. How Do I Use Review Response?
To respond to a review:
- Click Reviews in the navigation bar and click Response.
- Click on the Respond button next to the desired review. A dialog box appears.
- Create your response using the following response options:
- Enter your response in the text box.
- Respond with Intelligent Review Response.
- Click on the drop-down button for each review response component and select your preferred option.
- You can also click on the shuffle icon () to generate a random selection of response components.

- Click on the drop-down button for each review response component and select your preferred option.
- Respond with a Review Response Template.
- Click on the plus sign () icon and click Apply Asset, then click on the desired text asset, and click Add.
- To create a Review Response Template, see Add a Text Asset.
- Click on the plus sign () icon and click Apply Asset, then click on the desired text asset, and click Add.
- Click on the Respond or Comment button to publish your response on the site where the review was submitted.
To sort reviews, use the filter bar at the top of the screen.
