What is Review Generation?
Review Generation is the process of soliciting feedback from your customers, thereby collecting first-party reviews. Review Generation gives you valuable insight into your business by allowing you to see it from your customer’s perspective.
Why is Review Generation Important?
Everyone knows reviews are essential to strengthen your business’s credibility and gain customer trust. The vast majority of customers admit that they are more likely to engage with a local business with multiple positive reviews than one that doesn’t have many reviews. Many consumers trust online reviews as much as personal recommendations.
Unprompted, consumers are likelier to leave a review based on a negative experience than a positive one. However, if the business owner prompts them to leave a review, they will likely leave a positive one.
With Review Generation, soliciting reviews from your customers has never been easier.
